Balfour Senior Living received an award for its Riverfront Park Property. The community was one of only six in Denver to be celebrated by the Downtown Denver Partnership for its transformational impact on the vitality of the great city of Denver in 2015. Balfour Senior Living is humbled by this recognition and grateful to have made such a positive impact.
The honorees, selected by a jury of key business leaders convened by the Downtown Denver Partnership, are businesses, projects and initiatives that had the most significant impact on the center city in 2015.
